About Us
Wake Young Democrats are on the move, energizing young voters and shaping the future of local politics. From voter registration drives to policy debates, Wake Young Democrats offer a platform for progressive ideas and a space for young people to connect, learn, and make a real impact. We are focused on bringing fresh perspectives to the table and driving positive change within the community. Our group is made up of members ranging from 18 to 35 years of age and hailing from all corners of Wake County.

August 12 - Chapter Meeting
Meetings usually consist of socialization, department updates, and committee check-ins and may also include discussion on chapter business items or panels of guest speakers.
While the business side is important to keeping the chapter running, we aim to make our meetings a place to come and build community with each other!

August 17 - Board Game Social
Come hang out with Triangle area Young Dems for a fun, low-key afternoon of board games, laughs, and good conversation. Whether you’re a longtime member or just curious about getting involved, everyone’s welcome. This is all about building community and having a space to decompress. We’ll have snacks and games, all you need to bring is your friendly attitude and a friend or two.
